Placing an Order

When place an order through our website we shall email you an order conformation.  Upon dispatch of your order we will send you an email with delivery details including tracking details.  If you have not received either email, please check your junk or spam folder and make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct.

Upon checkout we will not be able to amend your order as we will commence your order dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse an order.  Non acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

• Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
• If we suspect any fraudulent activity
• Product stock being unavailable on rare occasions

If any such problems arise we will email you.

Prices

Prices on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes.  The cost of your order will therefore be inclusive of applicable taxes as depicted by His Majesty’s Customs.
